The ILMAT 2013 meeting will be held in Montpellier in the Espace Jacques 1er d’Aragon.
Montpellier is a city located on the south coast of France on the Mediterranean Sea. It is the capital of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, as well as the Hérault department. Where’s Montpellier ?

The conference venue, which is ideally located close to Montpellier’s historical center, can be reached by tramway (Line 1, 3 or 4 , Tramway stop « Rives du Lez »).

How to reach Montpellier by car :

Montpellier is easy to reach by motorways A75 from the northwest and A9 from the northeast and southwest.

There are four exits from A9 :

Sortie Nord (28) : access to the Amazonian Greenhouse, Montpellier Lunaret Zoo, hospitals and universities.

Sortie Est (29) : access to the historical center, Montpellier Tourist Office, Corum Conference Center, Millénaire business district, Zénith Sud auditorium, Odysseum leisure and shopping center, and the Montpellier Exposition Park

Sortie Ouest (30) : access to Yves du Manoir stadium, La Mosson stadium

Sortie Sud (31) : access to the Montpellier Saint-Roch train station (“gare” in French)

How to reach Montpellier by plane :

The Montpellier Méditerranée International Airport is located just 8 km from the city center. The drive takes around ten minutes.It is easy to get from the airport to downtown Montpellier by taxi or shuttle-bus service.

How to reach Montpellier by train :

The Montpellier Saint-Roch train station is located right in the center of town, just 200 meters from the Place de la Comédie. You can get to all Montpellier districts by taking the two local tramway lines, as well as by bus or taxi.
